We bought a home from Timberline Inc in February (2024) after searching for 18 months for a Texas Hill country home. We looked for a home every day during that time and could not find what we wanted. We said, “Okay, we need to accept that we can’t find everything that we want.” We looked at more houses than we can count. When our house came on the market we said, “this is it!” The house was everything we wanted. The attention to detail on the fixtures and construction was beyond what we’d seen in the many houses we looked at.

I know it sounds crazy that they can build houses within 6 months, but after we bought our house, we saw them build a similar house in our neighborhood well within that timeline. The reason for that is that Timberline has a good relationship with the HOA and they do a lot of the work themselves (they know what they’re doing) and keep a close watch on subcontractors too.

We’ve been impressed that our neighbors , who watched the new build, were impressed with the work ethic and attention to detail. When we did our pre-closing walkthrough, we couldn’t find an issue.

Since buying the house, Timberline has been responsive to any questions we’ve had. We feel like they’re still here for us.

We never wanted to go through the “nightmare” of building our own home, but we would do it with Timberline Inc and no other. Just this morning, I said to my partner, “I love this house.”
